Loan Coordinator (Residential or Commercial Lending) – Contractor
Contactor positions available in Paragon’s Denver Technological Center Corporate offices.  The Loan Coordinator supports the Paragon Sales Management and Senior Loan Officer team to communicate for Residential and Commercial loan applications requirements to new and existing customers, to coordinate and acquire Loan Documentation, and coordinate schedule and activities between Paragon, our customers, our Bank and Investor Account Executives and our Loan Processors.  The Loan Coordinator is responsible for consolidation of our Loan Documentation to meet complete Loan file standards and requirements for Paragon, our Banks and Investors and respective Federal and local Residential and Commercial Mortgage Lending laws.  Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Windows XP and Office Professional computer systems is required.  Loan Application software experience preferred and at least 2 years of previous Retail Banking, Financial Processing or Mortgage Sales is preferable.  Multi-lingual experience is a benefit.  Training on requirements and activities is available and ongoing.  Compensation is contract negotiated with staffing representatives on an hourly basis with possible opportunity for performance-based monthly bonus based on Corporate Team performance.  If you are interested in joining the Paragon Mortgage Services team, please send an email to us at: humanresources@paragon-loans.com and please fax your qualifications on the attached Application for Independent Contactor Services to, Attn: Human Resources, Paragon Mortgage Services, Inc. 303-727-2400.
