Job Description:
Senior Loan Officer (Residential or Commercial Lending) – Independent Contractor
Independent Contractor positions available in all 50 U.S. States. The Senior Loan Officer works independently on advertising and soliciting new and existing customers for Residential or Commercial loans in local market, supports evaluation of customer needs and requirements, analyzes and recommends Loan Programs for customer consideration and decision-making, negotiates Loan Terms and Conditions with borrower, supports Loan Package, Appraisal and Document completion, submission and underwriting and residential mortgage loans; market the companies programs to existing and potential customers; negotiate loan terms and loan application with borrower. At least 3 years Residential or Commercial Mortgage Lending experience required. Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Windows XP and Office computer systems is required. Loan Application software experience preferred. Knowledge with Purchase Transactions and Credit Improvement processing activities are a benefit. Compensation is commission sales-based and competitive to local market conditions.
