A "Tradition of Service" has been Bill's brand since entering the lending industry via the Savings and Loan industry after finishing a six-year commitment to the US Army in 1973. Between 1973 and now, it has been his personal pleasure to assist over 10,000 home buyers in purchasing their homes.

Bill has also served as a Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and owner of one of the largest privately held mortgage banking firms in the State of Colorado.

In addition to this, he found time to open McCracken Construction Inc., building custom homes and office warehouses over a corresponding 12-year span. After selling his interest in America's Mortgage LLC in 2010 he returned to the loan officer ranks at his current employer Paragon Mortgage Services, Inc.
