Reverse mortgages (purchase, refinance, and equity lines of credit) are my primary focus to assist great people, age 62 and above, live well by eliminating mortgage payments. We offer both the traditional FHA as well as a proprietary/private Jumbo reverse mortgage.
 

A native of Colorado, I grew up in the mountains before moving to the western suburbs of Denver where I graduated from Wheat Ridge High School. I attended the University of Colorado in Boulder majoring in Sociology.

My core career has been residential lending, with a specialization in difficult transactions such as a home purchase or refinance while in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and purchase mortgages after short sale, bankruptcy, and/or foreclosure.

I also help educate clients on how and, perhaps more importantly, how not to rebuild their credit following a severe negative credit event such as short sale, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy.
 

In addition to the focus of my mortgage lending business; I am also an expert witness on residential mortgages including business practices, laws, rules, and regulations. I am also an expert witness and adviser on issues of consumer credit.
